By default, invoice numbers are automatically generated to ensure each invoice is unique and easy to track. Our system allows you to manually set or customize your invoice numbers based on your preferred format—such as including the date, client initials, or a custom prefix (e.g., 2025-JD-001).

NanoInvoice is fully accessible through your mobile browser, with a responsive design that works well on smartphones and tablets. While we don’t currently offer a dedicated mobile app, you can easily generate and download PDF invoices directly from your mobile device.
