Once your invoice is complete, click the “Create Invoice” button. Behind the scenes, NanoInvoice generates the invoice using modern browser printing or HTML‑to‑PDF rendering.

Absolutely. We use secure HTTPS encryption, follow best practices for data protection.

Yes — You can issue invoices in multiple currencies. Choose how taxes appear on PDF: Combined, SGST/CGST split, or Both (total with breakdown). Set it in PDF Tax Display Settings.

In the invoice app, you can add custom payment terms in “How does this invoice get paid?” section,” such as:

  • Bank transfer details (IBAN/SWIFT)

  • PayPal ID or Email

  • UPI ID or UPI payment links

  • Payment link or Stripe links

  • Cash payment instructions

By default, invoice numbers are automatically generated to ensure each invoice is unique and easy to track. Our system allows you to manually set or customize your invoice numbers based on your preferred format—such as including the date, client initials, or a custom prefix (e.g., 2025-JD-001).

NanoInvoice is fully accessible through your mobile browser, with a responsive design that works well on smartphones and tablets. While we don’t currently offer a dedicated mobile app, you can easily generate and download PDF invoices directly from your mobile device. For the best experience, we recommend using a modern browser like Chrome or Safari.

Yes, NanoInvoice allows you to include taxes, discounts, and shipping costs on your invoices. You can manually add discounts as separate line items or include them in the total calculation, depending on your billing preferences.

Yes, NanoInvoice lets you upload your company logo to personalize your invoices and maintain brand consistency, (OR) You can include a QR code—such as a payment link or business info—by adding it to the invoice template “Upload logo” section. This helps make your invoices both professional and functional.
